BoothStory
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how HAULRITE REMOVAL SERVICES LLC handles information in connection with BoothStory, including the mobile application, this website, and related support communications (collectively, the “Services”). The information involved depends on how you use the Services, your device settings, and the services available in your region.
Please read this Policy together with any notices shown in the app. If you do not agree with these practices, you may stop using the Services.
2. Information We Collect
We may handle information from the following sources:
- information you provide, such as the contents of a support email and the email address used to contact us;
- information generated while you use the app, such as screens visited, playback events, feature interactions, and session timing;
- device and network details sent automatically by your device or by service providers used in the app; and
- limited information received from distribution, advertising, measurement, or technical service providers.
We do not ask you to provide sensitive personal information through this website. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive details in support messages.
3. How We Use Information
Information may be used to:
- operate and maintain the Services;
- load content and remember technical preferences;
- understand performance, reliability, and feature use;
- diagnose crashes, errors, and suspected misuse;
- display, measure, and manage advertising where it is used;
- reply to questions and provide support; and
- meet legal obligations and protect the Services and their users.
4. App Usage Data
BoothStory may record interactions such as app launches, navigation selections, story or episode views, playback progress, watch duration, search activity, and error events. This information helps us understand whether the app is functioning as expected and which parts of the experience are useful. Usage data may be associated with a device or app installation identifier rather than a directly identifying account.
5. Device and Technical Information
Technical information may include device type and model, operating system and app version, language, time zone, screen characteristics, network type, IP address, mobile carrier, approximate region derived from network information, diagnostic logs, crash details, and device or installation identifiers. Advertising identifiers may also be available when allowed by the operating system and your settings.
6. Advertising and Analytics
The app may use advertising and measurement services. Advertising partners may collect or receive device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location based on IP address, ad impressions, clicks, and app usage events. Depending on your settings and applicable law, this information may be used to select or deliver ads, control how often an ad appears, measure campaign performance, detect invalid activity or fraud, and improve the reliability of advertising and app services.
Resetting or limiting an advertising identifier does not necessarily remove all advertising. It may instead affect how ads are selected or measured. The controls available to you depend on your device, operating system, region, and the practices of the relevant partner.
7. Third-Party Services
BoothStory is distributed through a third-party app store and may rely on third parties for hosting, content delivery, diagnostics, analytics, advertising, security, and other technical functions. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices as well as under arrangements with us. Links that open outside BoothStory are also governed by the destination service’s policies.
8. Data Sharing
Information may be shared:
- with service providers performing work for the Services;
- with advertising and measurement partners as described above;
- when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests;
- to investigate security incidents, fraud, or misuse and protect rights and safety; or
- as part of a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the relevant business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not publish the contents of support communications.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining security and business records, resolving disputes, and complying with legal requirements. Retention periods vary with the type of information, the reason it is processed, and the settings of relevant providers. Information may be deleted, aggregated, or de-identified when it is no longer needed.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse. No internet transmission, mobile application, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International Users
BoothStory is intended for users in multiple countries. Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, including locations where our providers operate. Privacy and data protection rules in those locations may differ from local rules. Where required, we take steps intended to support lawful international processing.
12. Your Choices
Device settings may allow you to reset or limit advertising identifiers, control permissions, restrict background data, or remove the app. Some analytics or advertising choices may also be offered through notices in the app or by the relevant provider.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information. You may send a request to tranquanghung669@gmail.com. We may need enough information to understand and verify the request, and some exceptions may apply under law.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their location. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support communication, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy when the Services, providers, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or another reasonable channel when appropriate.
