User Agreement

1. Agreement to These Terms

This User Agreement governs access to and use of the BoothStory mobile application, website, and related services (the “Services”) provided by HAULRITE REMOVAL SERVICES LLC. By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the Services in your location. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use the Services only after that permission has been obtained.

3. Limited License

Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use BoothStory for private, non-commercial purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the app, its design, or any content made available through it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Services in violation of applicable law;
• interfere with security, access controls, networks, or normal operation;
• reverse engineer, modify, or extract source code except where law expressly permits it;
• copy, redistribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit content without authorization;
• use automated methods to scrape or overload the Services; or
• misrepresent your connection with BoothStory or its operator.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, interface elements, names, graphics, and other materials, are protected by intellectual property laws. Story artwork and other content may be owned by us or licensed from third parties. Rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by the relevant owner.

6. Third-Party Services

BoothStory may be obtained through an app store and may contain links, advertising, content, or technical functions supplied by third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, though this does not limit responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled in connection with the Services. Please review it before using BoothStory.

8. Service Availability and Changes

Features, titles, presentation, and availability may change over time. We may update, suspend, or discontinue part of the Services for operational, security, licensing, or legal reasons. We do not promise that every feature or item will remain available in every region.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or continuous availability of particular content. Nothing in this Agreement excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the Services. Any limitations apply only to the extent lawful in your jurisdiction.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using BoothStory at any time. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach of this Agreement, protect the Services or others, comply with law, or discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement to reflect changes to the Services or legal requirements. The date above shows when the current version was last updated. Continued use after an updated Agreement becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

13. General Terms

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. This Agreement does not create an agency, partnership, employment, or joint venture relationship between you and us.
